{"created":"2023-06-19T10:37:35.988467+00:00","id":1681,"links":{},"metadata":{"_buckets":{"deposit":"3465dcc6-c90c-4c01-8dbd-a03a980aadf3"},"_deposit":{"created_by":16,"id":"1681","owners":[16],"pid":{"revision_id":0,"type":"depid","value":"1681"},"status":"published"},"_oai":{"id":"oai:iwate-pu.repo.nii.ac.jp:00001681","sets":["19:20:268"]},"author_link":["2803","2804","2805","2806","2807","2808","2809","2810"],"item_7_biblio_info_12":{"attribute_name":"書誌情報","attribute_value_mlt":[{"bibliographicIssueDates":{"bibliographicIssueDate":"2005-03-01","bibliographicIssueDateType":"Issued"},"bibliographicPageEnd":"30","bibliographicPageStart":"19","bibliographicVolumeNumber":"7","bibliographic_titles":[{"bibliographic_title":"岩手県立大学看護学部紀要","bibliographic_titleLang":"ja"},{"bibliographic_title":"Journal of the Faculty of Nursing, Iwate Prefectural University","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_7_description_10":{"attribute_name":"抄録(日)","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"糖尿病看護に、より熱心に取り組んでいると考えられる施設の入院患者に対する(1)集団指導の内容と実施に関連する要因(2)患者教育プログラムの評価実施状況とその関連要因を明らかにすることを目的に糖尿病看護関連の学会で発表した経験のある98施設を対象に入院糖尿病患者教育プログラムに関する自作の自記式質問紙によるアンケート調査を実施した。その結果、以下のことが明らかになった。集団指導の内容と実施に関連する要因(1)糖尿病教育専任看護師がいる施設で双方向的な教育を実施している割合が高かった。(2)医師・看護師・栄養士・薬剤師の4職種が携わる施設で双方向的な教育を実施している割合が高かった。(3)運動療法の実施に影響を与える要因が3要因予測できた。患者教育のプログラム評価状況とその関連要因(1)糖尿病教育専任看護師がいる施設では、プログラム実施後のアンケート、看護師による個別面談、他職種間とのカンファレンスをより取り入れている傾向が見られた。(2)集団指導に4職種が全て携わっている施設ではプログラム評価、看護師による個別面談、他職種とのカンファレンスをより取り入れている傾向が見られた。(3)他職種とのカンファレンスの実施に影響を与える要因が2項目予測できた。集団指導に他職種がより多く関わっているということは、専門職がそれぞれの専門性を活かすことで各治療に対し、一般的な知識や情報を提供するだけでなく、患者とのかかわりを通じて捉えた個々の患者の状況に応じた対処方法やケア、情報を提供できると考えられ双方向的な教育の実施につながると考える。また、プログラム評価をより多く行っている施設の条件は(1)教育専任看護師がいる(2)多職種がより多く関わっている(3)職種間で指導内容の共有が十分できている(4)全ての患者に行っているプログラム評価があることがあげられ、個別的な関わりとヂームアプローチの充実が重要であることが示唆された。","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_7_description_11":{"attribute_name":"抄録(英)","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"In order to clarify 1) group guidance programs and related factors, and 2) assessment of patient education programs and related factors at institutions that are active in diabetes nursing, a self-administered questionnaire survey on educational programs for inpatients with diabetes was conducted at 98 institutions that had presented lectures at academic conventions for diabetes nursing. The results revealed the following. Group guidance programs and related factors 1) Among institutions with nurses specializing in diabetes education, many institutions provide interactive educational programs ; 2) among institutions in which doctors, nurses, dieticians and pharmacists collaborate, many institutions provide interactive educational programs ; and 3) three factors related to the implementation of exercise therapy were identified. Assessment of patient education programs and related factors 1) Institutions with nurses specializing in diabetes education tend to administer surveys after programs, provide individual counseling by nurses and hold conferences involving different healthcare professionals ; 2) institutions in which doctors, nurses, dieticians and pharmacists collaborate in group guidance tended to assess programs, provide individual counseling by nurses and hold conferences involving different healthcare professionals ; and 3) two factors related to the implementation of conferences involving different healthcare professionals were identified. When different healthcare professionals are involved with group guidance, each specialist can provide not only general knowledge and information in their respective field, but also individual guidance and information through patient interactions, thus facilitating interactive education. In addition, the institutions that assess programs tend to 1) have nurses specializing in diabetes education, 2) involve different healthcare professionals in diabetes education, 3) properly share the load of guidance among different healthcare professionals, and 4) assess programs that are administered to all patients.
