{"created":"2023-06-19T10:37:35.945832+00:00","id":1680,"links":{},"metadata":{"_buckets":{"deposit":"2c8ac04f-5a32-47c4-ae13-7fb5374f500a"},"_deposit":{"created_by":16,"id":"1680","owners":[16],"pid":{"revision_id":0,"type":"depid","value":"1680"},"status":"published"},"_oai":{"id":"oai:iwate-pu.repo.nii.ac.jp:00001680","sets":[]},"author_link":["2799","2800","2801","2802"],"item_7_biblio_info_12":{"attribute_name":"書誌情報","attribute_value_mlt":[{"bibliographicIssueDates":{"bibliographicIssueDate":"2005-03-01","bibliographicIssueDateType":"Issued"},"bibliographicPageEnd":"17","bibliographicPageStart":"7","bibliographicVolumeNumber":"7","bibliographic_titles":[{"bibliographic_title":"岩手県立大学看護学部紀要","bibliographic_titleLang":"ja"},{"bibliographic_title":"Journal of the Faculty of Nursing, Iwate Prefectural University","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_7_description_10":{"attribute_name":"抄録(日)","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"輪液剤単独でも、血管外漏出が起きると腫脹や発赤などの症状を呈することが知られているが、生体内での反応が未だ明らかにされていないため、輪液剤の血管外漏出に対する適切なケアを選択することが困難になっている。従って、輪液剤の血管外漏出に対する適切なケアを確立するため、輪液剤の血管外漏出による生体への影響を検索する目的で、実験動物を用いた基礎的研究を行った。肉眼所見では、穿刺のみ施行群、ソリタ^<[○!R]>-T3号漏出群、大塚糖液5%、グリセオール^<[○!R]>注漏出群の全ての群において、同様の血腫形成を認めた。血液生化学的所見では、CPKの平均値は、6時間後、48時間後ともに、穿刺のみ施行群、ソリタ^<[○!R]>-T3号漏出群、大塚糖液5%漏出群、グリセオール^<[○!R]>注漏出群とも採血のみ施行群との間に有意差がみられた(P<0.05)。LDHも、特に漏出を行った各群にて高値を示し、漏出後6時間後ではソリタ^<[○!R]>-T3号漏出群、大塚精液5%漏出群、と採血のみ施行群との間に、48時間後では、穿刺のみ施行群、ソリタ^<[○!R]>-T3号漏出群、大塚糖液5%漏出群、グリセオール^<[○!R]>注漏出群と採血のみ施行群との間に有意差がみられた(P<0.05)。組織学的所見では、ソリタ^<[○!R]>-T3号漏出群、大塚糖液5%漏出群、グリセオール^<[○!R]>注漏出群において、6時間後、48時間後ともに皮下組織に炎症性の細胞と浮腫、筋壊死、出血を認めた。ソリタ^<[○!R]>-T3号漏出群、大塚糖液5%漏出群では、48時間後においては浮腫と炎症が6時間後よりも軽度であった。グリセオール^<[○!R]>注漏出群では、筋壊死が6時間において著明であり、48時間でも未だ広範囲に認められた。以上のことから、輸液の血管外漏出時には、炎症や組織傷害が生じ、病変は48時間を経ても持続していることが明らかになった。また、ソリタ^<[○!R]>-T3号と大塚糖液5%の組織傷害性は同程度であり、グリセオール^<[○!R]>注は組織傷害性が強く、血管外漏出によって、重篤な筋壊死を認めることがわかった。","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_7_description_11":{"attribute_name":"抄録(英)","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"It has been known that swelling as well as redness are induced by infiltration of intravenous fluids, however, the mechanism of the tissue damages has not been identified. This is why it is difficult to care for patients who have tissue damage suffered from the infiltration of intravenous fluids. In this experimental study, we researched the effects on infiltration of three intravenous fluids, SOLITA^<[○!R]>-T No.3, OTSUKA GLUCOSE INJECTION (5%), and GLYCEOLR. The level of serum CPK, LDH was increased in all three fluids 6 hours and 48 hours after infiltration. There was inflammation and edema, bleeding, and death of muscle in all three fluids 6 hours and 48 hours, after infiltration. Edema and bleeding of SOLITA^<[○!R]>-T No.3 and OTSUKA GLUCOSE INJECTION (5%) were better at 48 hours than at 6 hours after infiltration. Death of muscle by GLYCEOLR was striking 6 hours after infiltration and it remained in a large area even after 48 hours. It was made clear that inflammation and edema were caused by subcutaneous filtration of intravenous fluids, and they remained for 48 hours.
