| 内容記述 | わが国の都市計画マスタープラン制度は、都市の将来ビジョンと都市整備の方針を定めるものとして平成4年に制度化され、これまで都市計画を有する多くの自治体で策定が進められてきた。市町村が定める都市計画は都市計画マスタープランに即して決定する必要があるため、都市計画マスタープランの策定は不可避となっているが、一方でこれを評価しようという動きは少ない。本稿は、このような都市計画マスタープランの評価があまり進んでいない実情を踏まえ、都市計画マスタープランの目的に即した評価の類型とその方法を提起した。また、盛岡駅西口開発を事例とした実証的な評価を試みた。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | The notion of (a/the) master plan was introduced into Japanese city planning in 1992 to set the future vision of city and urban development policy. Since then, many local governments have included a master plan in their city planning system. Every city adopts the local government's master plan, because all city planning done by the local government must be based on that master plan. In spite of its importance, few studied the evaluation of the city planning master plan. The aim of this thesis is to show the taxonomy and the methodology of evaluation, based on the purpose of the city planning master plan. Also, we attempted active evaluation of the development project around the Western Neighboring Area of Morioka Station. | |||||
