| 内容記述 | 岩手県における保健師のあり方が介護保険制度の施行によって問われつつある現在、これまで岩手の地域保健を支えてきた保健師の重要性を、改めて再認識する必要があると考えた。そこで、戦後の岩手県の地域保健活動の社会的・経済的な背景と「乳児死亡ゼロ」に向けた取り組みに焦点をあて、医師・保健師・助産師の配置とその関係を分析した。その結果、広大な県土と貧しさを前提に、深刻な医師不足に対処するために保健師や助産師を手厚く配置していることが明らかになった。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | With the present reevaluation of the role of public health nurses in accordance with the implementation of the nursing-care insurance system, the author came to realize that a new recognition of the importance of public health nurses was needed. The author analyzed the assignment of physicians, public health and obstetric nurses and their affiliation while focusing on the social and economic background of community healthcare activity in postwar Iwate, as well as on their efforts in the "Zero Infant Mortality" scheme. As a result, it has become clear that public health and obstetric nurses had been assigned extensively in order to deal with the severe shortage problem of physicians | |||||
