| 内容記述 | 本稿は、筆者等が2001年8月に英国において行なったコミュニティ・ビジネス組織の実態調査の結果を報告するものである。我が国では、中山間地域などの条件不利地域に対するこれまでの政策を転換せざるを得ない状況にあることが明らかになってきた。その一つの方向として、地域の雇用確保など定住条件の形成をはかるために、地域の資源を有効に生かしながら、住民が共同で主体的に取り組み、コミュニティカの向上に結びつくようなコミュニティ・ビジネスを実現する必要がある。本調査では、こうした課題解決のための示唆を得る目的で、イギリスにおける異なる3タイプの組織について調査を行なった。本稿では、主に各組織の構成や他のセクターとの関係、活動や事業の内容、事業の成立要件などについて検討する。その結果から、我が国における中山間地域の活動を育成・支援するためのいくつかの知見が得られた。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | The purpose of this paper is to show the report of the investigation on Community Business Organizations in the United Kingdom. The investigation was conducted by the inquiry commission of the community business venture in AuRust. 2001. We studied three types of organizations. The purpose of this investigation is to obtain suggestions for the system of community business organizations in Japan. We examined the structure of the organizations, relations with other sectors, formation conditions of projects and others. From this study we obtained some views on support for community activities in rural areas of Japan. It has been clear that Japan's Less Favored Areas policy toward Hilly and Mountain Areas is at a turning point. 0ne new policy line is to implement community businesses. The specific traits of business activities are as follows. 1) that businesses utilize local resource. 2) that businesses are undertaken in cooperation with local resident. Such businesses are important. because they bring improvement of community power and formation of permanent residency among the inhabitants. | |||||
