| 内容記述 | 本研究は、NPOにかかわる中間支援のあり方を明らかにしようとするものである。本稿では、民間による中間支援組織の形成過程とその要因について、仙台での実践事例から分析した。その結果、中間支援組織を、その活動目的・特性から、5つのタイプに分けることが出来た。中間支援組織の形成は、地域におけるNPO活動の展開状況、NPOにかかわる多様な人材の存在、これらが連携可能な都市環境、などが影響している。また、NPOによる主体的な行政との連携が、中間支援組織の実現に影響を与えている。中間支援の課題は組織によって異なり、それに伴って運営体制なども異なる。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | The object of this work is to analyze intermediary organization for furtherance of NPO activities. In this paper, the process and factors of formation of civil intermediary organizations are analyzed based on some cases in Sendai. Consequently, the following facts were revealed. 1) Five types of intermediary organization can be classified based on their aims and characteristics. 2)The main factors of the formation of intermediary organization are the development of NPO activities in each city, existence of various competent persons and urban environment which makes them cooperate and communicate easily. 3)The formation of the intermediary organizations is affected by a level cooperation with administration organizations. 4) Managerial systems vary with each intermediary organization, according to their own missions. | |||||
