| 内容記述 | 日本の漁業は、「沿岸から沖合いへ、沖合いから遠洋へ」というスローガンのもとで外延的拡大を続けてきた。しかし、1977年から沿岸200カイリ時代に入ることで漁業生産構造の転換を迎える。青森県八戸市は遠洋漁業の基地であるだけでなく水産都市としても知られるが、この漁業構造の転換において八戸漁業は様々な対応を迫られてきた。他方、八戸市の工業開発が展開する過程で沿岸漁業は漁場の喪失、在来漁業からの転換などが否応なしに求められてきた。本稿はこうした八戸市の工業化における八戸漁業の構造変容と沿岸漁民の対応過程を明らかにするものである。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | Fishery in Japan extends, as one says,"from the coast to the offering, from the offering to the ocean". But with the start of the "200 nautical miles zone" policy in 1977, Japanese fishery faces changes. Hachinohe City in Aomori Prefecture in known not only as a city of coastal fishing, but also as a harbor of deep-sea fishery. The changes in the fishery-structure of Japan has forced Hachinohe City to reorganfze its fishery-structure. The City tries to compensate the loss of parts of its fishing-ground with industrial development. This study investigates the change in the structure of fisheries in the process of industrialization. | |||||
