| 内容記述 | ロシア革命後ヨーロッパに亡命したロシア知識人の間で、1920-30年代に起きた思想潮流ユーラシア主義の中核的存在であったピョートル・サヴィツキー(1895-1968)の論文集『ユーラシア大陸』の書評。共産革命を無定見な西欧化の帰結として厳しく糾弾し、ロシアがヨーロッパでもアジアでもない、ユーラシア国家として再生する必要性を説いたユーラシア主義は、ソ連時代は黙殺され、ロシア国内でのサヴィツキー論集の出版は1997年の本書が初めてである。ロシア正教を基盤とするロシア=ユーラシア文化の統合、ロシアの発展における遊牧・騎馬民族の歴史的役割、地政学的視点からのユーラシア国家論などは、体制転換を遂げ、新たな国家理念を模索する現代ロシアで、幅広い読者を集めている。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | This is a book review of the anthology "The Eurasian Continent" written by Pyotr Savitsky (1895-1968), a distinguished leader of the ideological movement known as eurasianism. Eurasianism arose in 1920 among Russian intelligentsia, who had immigrated to Europe after the Russian Revolution, and varnished toward the end of 1930's. Because eurasianists severely criticized communism and advocated creating the new Eurasian State based on Russian orthodoxy, their works were forbidden to be published during the Soviet era. "The Eurasian Continent" (1997) is the first book of Savitsky, which was published in Russia. Savitsky regarded the Russian Revolution as the negative result of Russian Europeanization and tried to reconsider the essence of Russia from historical, cultural and geopolitical points of view. His unique conception of Russia=Eurasia is drawing more and more attention from the intelligentsia and politicians in modern Russia, which is struggling for national identity in post soci alism period. | |||||
