共感疲労関連尺度の作成 An Attempt to Construct a Scale of Compassion Fatigue and Its Related Affects 今, 洋子 1642 コン, ヨウコ 菊池, 章夫 1643 キクチ, アキオ Kon, Yoko 1644 Kikuchi, Akio 1645 A scale of 20 items (Ko-MulDIA) to measure compassion fatigue, empathic distress, personal distress and over arousal of empathy was constructed through factor analytic procedures. Reliabilities of the scale were examined in terms of α-coefficients and test-retest coefficients.
