思春期以降のBody Imageに関する検討 : 年齢における女性のBody Imageの変化 The review of post-adolescent Body Image : The change of women's Body Image in each age group 伊関, 敏男 イセキ, トシオ ISEKI, Toshio open access ボディイメージ 思春期 神経性食思不振症 Body Image Adolescence Anorexia Nervosa 今回,Anorexia Nervosa 患者の Body Imageの看護指導に際して有効な示唆を得るために,思春期以降に女性のBody Imageが年齢を重ねるにつれてどのように変化してゆくものなのかということを病院職員506名を村象に年代別に実態調査を行った.その結果, (1)思春期以降の女性は,理想BMIが正常域よりやや低値としていることから,自分のBody Imageに対して否定的なImageを抱いている.しかし,この傾向は,正常域の範囲内という限定付きで,年齢の増加に伴い薄らいできている.(2)思春期以降の女性は,20歳代や30歳代では,結婚・出産などのライフ・イベントにより現実BMIが影響を受ける.(3)思春期以降の女性は,年齢が増し自分自身の体重が徐々に変化をはじめていることを肯定的に評価しつつも,その現状をそのまま素直に評価できず,年齢が増して変化を伴ったことを多少否定的に捉えている.(4)思春期以降の女性は,各年代を通してBody Imageに対して否定的な感情を抱いている傾向が強い.(5)思春期以降の女性は,女性的意味合いの強い部分は年代を重ねても,年代に関係なく常に意識化されている可能性が強い.(6)思春期以降の女性は,加齢と共に外観への固執は軽減されていく傾向があるということが検証された. This time, we underwent an actual condition survey separated by age in 506 hospital staffs for available suggestion about nursing guidance for patients with anorexia nervosa and to know the process of changing of body image in post-adolescence women. The results revealed followings: 1) Post-adolescence women tend to have the negative image for body image because they set their best BMI (Body Mass Index) lower than normal range.
