精神障害のある人たちのテレワークの可能性と在宅就業支援の課題 : 在宅就業支援団体へのヒアリング調査を通して Issues on the possibility of telework for people with mental disabilities and their "work-at-home" assistance : through the interviews with" work-at-home" support groups 山岡, 由美 ヤマオカ, ユミ YAMAOKA, Yumi 精神障害 テレワーク 在宅就業支援団体 people with mental disabilities telework " work-at-home" support groups 本研究では、情報通信技術:IT を活用した場所や時間にとらわれない柔軟な働き方の一形態であるテレワークに着目し、障害のある人たちを対象とした在宅就業支援団体でのヒアリング調査を通して、その支援のあり方と精神障害のある人たちのテレワークの可能性を考察した。結果、テレワークを希望する精神障害のある人たちは増加しているが、対象者としての社会的認知は低く、支援の方法については模索段階である。早急の課題として実現可能なことは、在宅就業障害者支援制度における登録支援団体の位置づけを明確にし、少なくとも福祉施設と同等な財源的保障を行うこと。同時に、地域の福祉施設との交通整理の役割を担う機関の必要性を指摘した。 In this paper, we shed a new light on telework as a flexible way of working based on the utility of information technology, and considered its role in the possibility of the assistance of people with disabilities through the analysis of the data taken from interviews with "work-at-home" support groups.
